2018.9 released
Dan and Gil have given us ability to render only what you have highlighted in the waveform.. Highlight waveform, right click and choose render selected region.
Keith has added ability to capture e1.31 or artnet packets.directly to an fseq file
Christ Debenham continues to support Linux

What is xCapture for ?  I see that it "captures data from the network" but I don't understand the use case... I tried searching the forums for any details.

Say you have Madrix software and want to capture some effects from it,  Xcaapture takes the artnet or E131 it captures from the stream Madrix sends out.  Of course you have to some setup...
