2018.8 - adding a FPP event crashed Xschedule

I added a FPP event like you can see in the video I linked below and when I hit play it crashes Xscgedule immediately.  Happens every time so easy to reproduce. It only happens though if I dont set a delay, if I set a delay of 1 second or greater it does not crash
