Easy Light Linker

Hi Everyone,
I've tried testing this out and having no luck.
Now that Xlights supports output to LOR, does that mean it supports the use of the LOR Easy Light Linker ?

I have no idea I've never seen one and have no idea how LOR talks to or communicates through it.
