effects not covering the image
« on: July 23, 2018, 03:25:15 PM »
The effects (several that I tried ) are not filling the  models vertically.  Also the display elements in view (sequencer) are not matching the display element window.

I'm not able to open the sequence right now so can you just specify one effect and model at a particular time to inspect?

For the View I notice you defined 3 views so which View do you have selected at the top of the sequencer grid?

Thanks Gil

I'm using the 2018 view.

After a restart of the program...all of the effects appear to be working with the models.....go figure? I had tried that before with no luck.  using 2018.14 64 bit on a iMAC.

The display elements are still missed up.  the display element edit window doesn't match the sequence order and many duplicated..

/Gil
I just noticed that during playback the model All Yaccas for example, with meteors,  is only showing part of the model. About 10 seconds into the sequence.

The display elements matches the grid fine when I open your stuff.  You know if you expand a group it will cause the models it contains to show up which may appear as duplicates to when they show up again later.

I cannot find any effects on the All Yuccas model till about 43 seconds and there were no meteor effects.   Are you talking about the same sequence you posted?  Model groups are really large so effects like Meteors takes a while before the meteor hit the ground and a model group covers the whole screen so the effect can actually run for several seconds before it becomes visible.

I sent you the wrong sequence.  As you pointed out, with more than a little patience the effects did become visible.. All good.

I had expanded the group and didn't realize how I had done that.... double click changed the display....
