Hello

Can someone tell me what the difference is between the 32 or 64 version and how do I know which one I need to run.

Unless you have a 32-bit operating system install 64-bit.

While up to now they have been the same you can work on much larger sequences in 64 bit and there is increasingly a speed difference as we exploit extra memory available to it.
