How do I change the color for a group of effects?

How do I change the color (or other effect setting) for a group of effects?

For instance, I am doing an On effect with a timed fade to the beat of the music, a lot of small effects in a row.  Now I want to change a section of these from Green to Red, how do I do this for the range, rather than changing the color for every block?

Select all the effects change the color palette and hit the Update button on the Color panel
