In general they suggest running wire down the flutes then hang them like a picture.

I'm not sure if the clips would work on your siding but I have vinyl siding and they make a clip that slides and locks into the seams in the siding.
And are you sure that it's aluminum siding not steel siding, try a magnet you might get lucky.

The ciips normally don't work on aluminum siding. The joints are too tight. I was thinking about the command hooks but depending on the age of the siding there may be too much chalking of the paint for them to hold on to. You could look at a long thin screw going in on the bottom side of each lap. Some manufacturers have weep holes on their bottom side. So a long screw at a steep angle with a clip might be your only choice. What you may have to watch for is if they rock the wind they will rub the paint off the siding
