Stop unintentional Rainbow effect
« on: December 11, 2018, 08:24:36 PM »
Our show was running perfectly until we had a rainstorm.  Now we need help stopping the rainbow effect we have developed.

We have a F16V2 controller plugged into a F16V2 differential expansion board.  From the expansion board, we connect to a 4-String Differential Board.  From there, we go out to our four arches.

Anything plugged into PT3 on the 4-String Differential Board will give us the continuous rainbow effect as shown in the picture.  As soon as we plug in the power supply, the arch shows this rainbow effect and it will not shut off.

All of the other elements run fine during our light show except for this arch.

We have checked all of the connections, made new cables, and even a new 4-String Differential Board.  Nothing seems to help.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated!  Thank you for your help.
