2019.17 Xlights crashing when trying to run sequence with P10 panel in it

I got your message to start a new thread.  Sorry bout that. I'm still very new to Xlights and am still learning.  Hopefully I did this right

Xlights has been crashing several times lately.  I seem to get the error when I try to add my new P10.  I have a 3 x 3 panel running from a Beagle Bone Black.  I've been working with the Greatest Show file that I downloaded from the Xlights Around The World project.  I seem to get the error when I try to play the sequence.  I get a message that "there seems to be another process running the program"  or words to that effect.  After I get the error I get another message indicating that a crash report has been generated.  I have attached the zip file that was generated.

The other process is running error is a side effect of the crash and can be ignored.

Thank you for the response.  But Xlights is still crashing and I'm having problems getting the P10 to work.  I've viewed several videos, including yours on how to set up P10.  I'm at a loss on how to get my P10 panel to work correctly.  As I mentioned I am able to test the P10 panel successfully on the FPP.  I was also able to test it in the Xlights test function.  But when i try to play the sequence it doesn't show up on the preview screen.  (It tends to blink).  I do have the "Output To Lights" button turned on.   In the sequencer I click on the video effect for my P10 panel and the Model Preview screen is black.  And the Effect Assist window is green with a Red X through it.
Please let me know if there's anything else I can provide.

The effect assist window only provides useful info for the Morph or Picture effect.  Like I said earlier just close it and turn it off in settings.  Can you try a simple Butterfly effect?  It needs to be working in the program preview before you can expect it to work on real hardware.

Thank you for responding.  I set up an Animation Sequence and added a Butterfly Effect to the P10 panel.  When I play the sequence it shows up in the Model Preview and House Preview windows.  But it doesn't play the actual P10 panel.  I am able to test the panel in FPP.  But now it doesn't test in Xlights.

When you play it from xLights the FPP will need to be running in Bridge mode and have the E1.31 universes active.  Other than that its just a matter of having the proper start channel setup in xLights and the FPP for the matrix and Output to Lights must be active.

Thank you again for getting back to me.  I've attached screen prints of the FPP Status Page, Layout screen in Xlights,  Channel Output screen in FPP, and the Setup screen in Xlights for the P10 panel.  On the the FPP Status Page I do have it set to Bridge mode.  And on the Setup tab in Xlights I have it setup for DDP and it is checked active.  In reviewing other posts it was indicated that in setting the P10 panel it should be DDP.  Is there some other way to set it up, like as an E1.31 universe?

My knowledge of DDP is I thought he was a wrestler that hated triple H.  lol  So I'm out.

Is there another way to configure the P10 panel?  It doesn't matter to me as long as I can get it working.

Thank you Keith,
I jumped into Zoom as you suggested and with their help I was able to get my P10 up and running.  We switched me over to running my P10 through E1.31 rather than DDP.  I also found out how to upload my Xlights config to FPP.  Pretty cool.  Now I'm like a kid with a new toy.  I'm sure I'll be back though.
