F48V3 getting assignments backwards from xLights.

We have an F48V3 that we are trying to update/setup from xLights.  From xLights (we capture the Visualizer in .csv format), we can see where our tree is the first prop, per output, and then the others are placed after the legs of the tree.

When we look at the assignments on the F48, the order of each output is reversed from the expected.

I am attaching a copy of the .csv file and a screen shot of the F48.

Notes:
Freshly unwrapped F48V3.
Firmware version 2.52 (installed this morning).
xLights version 2019.44 (updated this morning).

Method for upload: 
Setup Tab. 
Right Click on one of the controller output lines.
Choose: Upload to Controller --> Output - FalconF48v3

Verified that the upload is indeed backward from what the visualizer shows.  (Again, captured as .csv).

This confirms what Ray sent me.

Just noticed:
On those ports that 3 models assigned, the third model is missing from the F48V3.

Examples:
Port 3 should be:  Mini Tree Leg 3 -> Chromaflake -> Office Window
Port 7 should be:  Mini Tree Leg 7 -> Eave 1 -> Vert 1
Port 9 should be:  Mini Tree Leg 9 -> Big Garage -> Vert 3
Port 11 should be:  Mini Tree Leg 11 -> Small Garage  -> Vert 5
