App colors

Forgive me if this has already been covered here but I can't seem to find anything on it.  I've seen a couple of videos now where the overall xlights background color has been changed from White to Black.  I can't seem to find any information on how this change is made.  Anybody have any advice?  Thx!

You don't have to stoop so low as to get a Mac if you like the black background.😉
If you're running Windows 10 there's an option, it won't change X lights itself but it will change a lot of the windows that are opened up.
Go to the window settings then personalization then colors and there's an option at the bottom of the window" choose your default app mode".
