tools menu prepare audio

Can anyone tell me what the prepare audio tool does and what is the format of the reaper file that it wants?

The reaper file is that produced by the reaper program.

Basically the tool takes a set of instructions and edits one or more source audio files and produces an output file.

The idea is it is a copyright safe way of sharing edited audio tracks.
