Importing to 12CCR Tree

Hello All

I have purchased some 12ccr sequences but when I imported them I see a few issues.  First of all, on a few of them the sequence runs on the top half of my mega tree which is 12 one hundred pixel strings. The second issue I have on a couple others is the people do not show up like they do when running the show in xlights.

Any ideas

Well like the note on the dialog says if its a Visualization sequence you need to tell xLights the x and y size.  If its not and its not working something doesn't seem right in the file because its supposed to have size tags.  I don't understand the people issue.  If you are buying a sequence meant for 50 pixels high and importing onto 100 high you may need to experiment with the image scaling options.
