Version 2019.70 file size concern (on download page)

Got notification of the 2019.70 availability.
When I looked at the download page, the file sizes (64 and 32bit) are WAY off.

Though, when I downloaded (haven't installed), the 64 bit file size is actually 10kb larger than 2019.69
