XLights Scheduler/Playlist

Installed latest version of XLights (2019.70 64bit) - Windows 10 laptop. Cannot get the scheduler to work properly. 
1. Won't play animation sequence (starts, then stops immediately)
2. Will play sequence with audio, but it won't play the whole song.  Song is 27 seconds.  Stops playing at 17 secs.
3. Won't play the second song in my playlist.


NOTE: Scheduler tab is not visible on main application.  I am opening xScheduler under the tools menu.
NOTE: Using Hinkspix pro.
NOTE: All three (animation and both songs) work fine if played manually within XLights app.

At this point I would jump into zoom. Someone there will get you going. It sounds like you have been watching really old videos and have multiple setup issues.

Thank you for the feedback. I must apologize that I am brand new to XLights. Jumped into Zoom and it appears to be a live meeting forum - I don't know the etiquette and don't feel comfortable asking questions.  Was looking for a fix/anything (even a different scheduler if necessary) to help because I have to use my lights in a parade tomorrow night.

Yeah it can take days to get help here because we'll ask for logs.  Then hours later you say I don't know how to find the logs.  Then hours after that we tell you how to package the logs.  Then you say I don't know how to get them to you.  Then the logs don't contain anything that helps.  6 days later we finally get you in zoom and someone fixes it in 5 minutes.

NOTE:  There is no such thing as a Scheduler tab anymore you much be watching really old videos.  You run xScheduler by starting from its own icon.  Maybe there is a way to launch it from xLights but you do not need xLights running and for sure don't have output to lights on in xLights.

I had never used xScheduler till this year and it seemed pretty easy.  Just create a playlist, edit it to add fseq files, and then create a scheduler for it.
