Yup that will take care of the playlist but what about the schedule, will not let me delete that.

That is not a schedule, just a date that you can setup for a schedule.  If I go to my scheduler I see one line which is todays date.  I've deleted all my schedules so I don't remember exactly what they look like but what I recall is if you click on the date and nothing shows up in the right window you do not have any schedule to delete.

Can I kind of jump onto this topic?   I have a really basic scheduling question.  Do I only need to put my xseq files there?   There are "audio", "video", & "xlights" boxes and I am not sure about this.  I think all I have to do is to put my xseq files there in the scheduler.

I have been soldering ad nauseum the last few weekends and I am finally at a point where I can get this big bad boy running!   I am so tired of soldering....  Boy did I ever underestimate how much time it would take to add waterproof connectors to my megatree....

Thanks in advance!!   I am going to get this big bad boy up & running TODAY!!!

U only need to put Xseq. U schedule the Xseq. The Xseq will use the MP3 that it needs automatically. The audio portion was if u wanted to make a show just playing music. So one p,aylist has 10 Xseq, another playlist has 50 MP3 christmas songs. Schedule the songs from 8am to 5pm, schedule the Xseq files from 5pm to 9pm. Now u have christmas music playing all day before your show starts

I think the problem is just that your show dates are not set. You only have one date set for your show. This nothing to delete. Change the dates of the show and you should be good to go.
