Manual Timing Marks not working

I am using 2020.23 and I can't seem to set manual timing marks.  It worked on my other sequence,  but just started a new one and can't get any set.  Sorry, newbie here.

Not sure what the problem was, but I installed the new release (.24) and I can set the manual timing marks now.
