3-axis skull face effect
« on: September 08, 2020, 06:13:44 PM »
I'm using 4 of the DMX three access skull models and as I get back to sequencing for my Halloween show I find that the face effect no longer is working with this model.

Not sure what's going on but if I open a sequence that had everything working and do anything with the face effect on that skull it quits working.
When I drop a new face effect on the model I no longer have a face definition to choose from on that model.
When I go in to try to edit the model the faces properties are grayed out so I can't make any changes.

We kinda need to know how old that sequence is to get an idea of what changes have happened between it working and not working.  I can't tell if you're talking about before or after my last round of DMX work.  One of the last things I did was add the ability to tie a lyric track to the Servo effect to move a servo on a DMX model so I don't really remember seeing anyone use the Faces effect on a DMX 3 axis skull.

The date I show on the sequence is 6/13.
As you were making improvements to the 3D skull I was converting over from a custom model that I was using the face effect.
I just tried the servo effect and it works but I would like the ability to set custom values for the different phonemes because the default values that you have in there don't look very good on the actual model ( no offense).
Or open the ability to use the face effect on the 3D skull model where I can set my own values even if I have to put the face effect on the jaw at the Strand level.
