Virtual Model
« on: October 07, 2020, 01:55:25 PM »
I have one Falcon controller for the front yard and one for the back yard.

I want to move my Arches (currently assigned to the Back Yard Controller) to the Front Controller for Christmas.

Is there any way that an Xlights Sequence can output from a single Model on the timeline to 2 different controllers or do I have to create two Models (one for each controller) and duplicate their effects?

Thanks for your help,

Doug

Two models. Put them in a group. Sequence the group with one of the per model buffers.

I don't know why I didn't think of that.  I'm already using groups for importing.

The Group approach works fine for my Arches but not for:

1. my front and back Tombstone.  When I use a Group "Text" Effect for both models it won't work.  I have to use a separate "Text" Effect for each Model.

2. my 3 sets of 4 singing props.  A Group doesn't work with the "Face" Effect since each model within the group has a different "Face Definition".

Thanks again for all of your help.
