xLights has stopped working window

While trying to perform a LOR conversion I'm crashing xLights with a "xLights has stopped working".  I was able to perform the conversions last year but this year I just don't understand how to set things correctly.

I use empty beat channels and tracks.  Other than that I only have two DMX universes.

I found that I had a few Light-O-Rama channels defined in a track and I have no LOR channels in my display.  Once these were removed and both LMS check boxes were unchecked it worked.
