Connecting LOR controllers to software
« on: April 20, 2020, 03:53:19 PM »
so I?m just starting out with xLights and I am switching over from light o rama. I am currently trying to get the ctb16pc controller to connect and work with the xLights software.... (ps I?m using a Mac). However when I Go into the test function on xLights  the green indicator light in the controller does not go solid to indicate it?s connected. So does anyone have any idea how to get a light o Rama controller connected and working with a Mac?

Have you chosen the correct serial port and dmx protocol?

Most folks use dmx as it generally works better.
