xLights setup works but only 1 controller outputs from FPP

I have everything setup and working in Xlights. But, when I upload to the Falcon Player (FPP), only one of the controllers seems to work. Also, when I log into FPP and test the display, only one of the controllers works. I have 2 Falcon F16v3 controllers and a San Devices e682 controller. I'm not sure what I am missing.

On the e1.31 output page, are all the controllers you need enabled with the check box checked?  Post a screen shot of that page.
