I THINK I found a bug??
« on: December 09, 2020, 07:25:11 PM »
To Whom it may concern.....  I have raspberry Pi's 3's and 2 Pi 4's.  I have 3 E6804's in my little setup.  I had no luck getting the routing setup on my router to talk to the E6804's, so, I use the Proxy in the Falcon software.  When I use that it DOES connect, but at the top left of the screen it says," WARNING: Buffer Overflow" and it doesnt show anything at the bottom of the screen past the first 1 -1/2 of the ports.  I cant access the screen the check the output settings and I cant see the REBOOT, PROGRAM and a couple other buttons at the bottom.

All 3 do the same thing and I have to pull out the E 6804 and bring it in to power it up, set the IP to my network and then I can see the whole screen and jump to the
OUTPUTS screen.

Can you help??

Thank you!

It's a known bug in the e38x firmware that has been reported to them.  It was supposed to be fixed in the 5.x firmware this past summer, but that never got released as far as I know.
