It could be so many reasons. I had a spider not working. I checked fuses and cables then realized I had built it using the wrong pigtail pin out. Fixed the pigtail and it?s still not working. Took a guess that swapping ground and data had blown out the first pixel so I changed out first 3 pixels and now it?s working. But it could just as easily been wrong IP address, wrong controller assignment, wrong start channel, etc. You gotta do basic troubleshooting steps. Swap the string out with one that works. Move that string to an output you know is working. Figure out what works and what doesn?t.
