Cant upload image
We have our laptop connected to a netgear 8 port gigabit switch
Then the three E682 controllers plug into it (thought the switch might be the issue we used another switch with same problem) Thought maybe laptop had a problem so we put xlights on another laptop tried setup and same results I can get the first E.131 to run but not the others.

Does not matter which E682 we list is first it will work the other two will not

Listed First is
Our DMX using USB through Holidaycoro actidongle comm 11DMX set to use channels 1-512

After the DMX:

Frist E1.31 set up Unicast 192.168.1.30     starts univ 2 thru 7   start channel 513 -3584
Second E1.31       Unicast  192.168.1.40     starts Univ 8-13       start channel 3585- 6656
Third E1.31          Unicast   192.168.1.50     starts  Univ 14-17    start channel 6657-8704

all are set yes on active

May try switching them all over to run in  multicast and see if we cant get them to run just seems odd

No problem Ill try when I get back tonight for sure over weekend

What I did try just a few minutes ago was to go into the E682 controller page and reconfigured the outputs to match the universes defined in the the xlight setup page when defining the E131 and IP of the controller....

Now we can test all three thru x lights test mode no issues

So thought almost time to celebrate and tried a sequence 2 of the three controllers worked perfect the one controlling my arch's did not go on

Do the SanDevices support 512 channels or only 510 ... I can never remember.

Also I have no idea which controller your arches are on.

If you want to do this right I need to see

Setup tab - check
Model definition of the arches
Controller configuration

Arch's are E6804

Problem was last year we only ran one E682 with the rest on 10-LOR controllers

I got things to work not sure we did things right but here is what I did

Accessed the controllers and assigned the universe to match outputs on each terminal group on the controller so that is is the same as the Xlights  setup/layout called for

so our first pixel tree took universes 2-7 we made the controller outputs match that.So outputs 1-1 thru 1-4  assigned universe 2
2-1 thru 2-4 are universe 3   etc

We did this for both E682's and the 1 - E6804

We then added one at a time into setup on xlights and tested to be sure it worked once we had all three added into xlights we changed our models in layout to make sure things matched.

I needed to render the sequence and then tested to find everything worked.

Does that sound right

So long story short everything's working?

Otherwise when Keith asks for controller setup we want screens shots of xLights and the controller's webpages not word descriptions of what you're doing.

Ok. Not exactly the model properties screen but see how you have said universe 2 start channel 513. That is almost certainly wrong. That will map to universe 3 start channel 1. Try changing the 513 to 1.

Depends on which firmware is on the controller.  Older firmware 510, newer select between 510 and 512.

We changed our controllers configuration based on some videos we re-watched and read more posts
Then modified xlight setup changing a few things as advised and things seem to be OK all three controllers are working as well as dmx controllers so now we will put up the lights and test

Thanks
Happy Holidays

Just starting out you don't really need to worry about controllers you can start drawing your models in Layout and go back and fill in channel assignments later.  I don't know that controller well but DMX mode would definitely work.  I've never tried it but if you hit the Import button above the layout page, drag out a square, then the dialog will allow you to select a LOR prop file or an xLights xmodel file.
