Have you contacted Fed Ex. At this point I believe I would. that is ridiculous.

After Hong Kong, China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Alaska  they flew to Memphis, then back to Oakland, then trucked to me in Southern California. 


13 strings of 100 WS2811 lights. Only one string has shown a failure. Not bad for absolutely no padding in the cardboard box.
