Gilrock,

Thank you for the quick reply.  I need the IP67/68 version.

The link I gave gets you to his store and then you can search around for what you want.

Mr.Christmas/Gilrock,

Sean had posted somewhere that he used 4m weatherproofed 1809's 12v, 30 led per meter.  I like that spacing and the individual control over each led.  Just trying to find that particular one.

That is exactly what this one is: 4m waterproof LED digital strip by tube, the other one is just 5m instead of 4m. same 30leds/m. They both use the 1809 chip for control of each individual RGB led.

The 4m one is the first one presented as compatible with pixelnet then the product line expanded and added the 5m version.

BTW most IP68 1809 strips do not come with connectors.

The ones I've always ordered are a direct link from the DLA Wiki for smart strings.
http://www.aliexpress.com/store/product/4m-waterproof-LED-digital-strip-by-tube-DC12V-input-without-controller-10pcs-TM1809IC-m-30pcs-5050/701799_425556741.html

This is for 4meters, the max length supported by DLA, but I would just ask Ray to make them 5 meters and shortened them as needed.

If you want custom lengths and pigtails, I've found him to be willing and the extra cost is probably less than your own time.

The '5m TM1809 dream color strip' is the same product just 5 meters and an off the shelf unit.

They fit my 16ft long grid with 3 pixels to spare. Same 1809 chip as the 4 meter one.

Ray even added 3m leadin no charge.
