Totally Amazed
« on: April 11, 2015, 01:45:59 PM »
Is it just me or are there others that are totally amazed at what the dev. team keeps bringing to the table, I remember when xlights was first introduced, I was unsure whether I was going to try this new software to run my display, man am I glad switched, I have just updated a seq from last year it took no time at all, heck even I may be amazed at what my display will look like this year.  Thanks guys for all your hard work and dedication.

And there is more to come.  Last year with the help of the create random was the first time I created all new sequences and used all new music for the 1st time.

I've only been into animation for a few years and with the number of hours I work sequencing pixels seemed like a distant dream. XL4 looks to be my way in and probably is for many others. Once I iron out a few details I'll be out of the gates running. Thank you to everyone that makes this possible.

what can I say. this last version of NC is so good. I finally started today on taking a look at last years sequences, with the new sequencer grid and previews it made it so easy to realign my model elements on the timeline. I was able to fix up a 9 minute sequence with 40 models in a very short time. Not only that but this was on the Mac version as well, great job Dan.

I am going to start playing with my windows 10 laptop soon with the touch capabilities and see how that is going to work. The work that has been done recently with the Hi DPI screen support is making it so easier to work with than before.

kudos Gil, Dan, Dave and Sean for pulling this off.

+1  Free and amazing versus that other piece of buggy software that I paid way too much (el-es-pe)...and I hear there's even more goodies on the way for us in xL4 (remember we are still in Beta and Sean has said the final product won't be fully complete until June or July I believe - in time for Christmas Expo I'm guessing).
