A useful download site for the various OS installs of the QM vamp plugin packages that can be installed standalone without the need to install Audacity first.

To install the tar package on Mac OS X



To install them, copy the files


   qm-vamp-plugins.dylib
   qm-vamp-plugins.cat
   qm-vamp-plugins.n3


to either


   /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Vamp/      (for plugins to be available to all users)
   $HOME/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Vamp/ (for plugins to be available to you only)

I run xlights off of my flash drive, so i can work on sequencing on multiple computers.
Where would I copy the above files to?

Can't you just follow the installation instructions for the plugins and do it on both computers?

One computer doesn't have Internet. But I may borrow a wifi flash drive to do it

Just get those plugins and then  stick them here    :/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Vamp
The "vamp" folder won't exist... just make the folder and then put in the plugins.
Should work after that (I don't think I missed out a step)

I use a mac and have 4.3.  I installed the plugins as stated above but they are still not showing up?  Does this need to be in the lights folder??  Thanks
