First time xlights user and I'm having problems with Playlists. I've created 2 sequences that work fine when they are manually played. I'm trying to have 1 sequence play at the top of each hour alternating during the evening.
However, my Playlist is not playing as intended. I created several short (10 sec) .fseq files to play all lights on. I create a Playlist as follows:
Dubstep Carol of the bells.fseq (delay 5 sec)
Lights on short.fseq
*repeat*
The song plays, the lights go out for 5 seconds, and the lights turn on for 10 seconds. Great. But the Playlist won't repeat.
To make matters more complicated if I switch the order to have:
Lights on short.fseq
Dubstep carole of the bells.fseq
The lights come on as intended for 10 seconds, and that's it. No song sequence. I have tried both with and without a delay after the lights on, but it doesn't seem to matter.
When I go to the scheduler it tells me I'm still playing the 10 second Playlist item.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated I'd love to be able to schedule my lights and not have to manually be there to turn it all on and off.
