Not sure how you don't see it.  I followed the link and downloaded the file.

Just create the following directory and put the files in it:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Vamp Plugins

Gilrock I have put that directory in there just like you sent to me and I still don't have a beats. I have some wrong I guess.

What are you on Windows 10 64bit OS?

You need to restart xLights also.  You may have but I don't know if its not stated.

Also you were commenting about this regarding the 64bit build.  Were you really building the xLights 64 bit version?  Or just having trouble getting the plugins to work in Windows 64 bit?  That other thread was talking about a new build of xLights that will run 64bit.  We do not have the QM Vamp plugins working in that version yet because they don't provide a 64bit version of the DLL.

I have it on two computer cause I couldn't get it to work both are 64 bit one windows 10 other is windows 7 I can't get either to work. I take that floe that I down load from xlights. Put it in that directory you sent me and restart xlights and it should work. Right, hope I meet you in Nashville I want to learn all I can about xlights.

it seems only version 1.7 works with xLights on Win 7 and up (at least I've never got the newer version 1.71 to work)

Yeah I don't know why whoever rebuilt the xLights webpage decided it was a good idea to not provide the self-installing Vamp plugins file anymore and just point to the spot where it requires a manual install.  We are having to help way too many users having problems with this now.

Thank you Ozaz for the link I have beats now up and running on my sequence. That's what I wanted. I could make other way happen I guess. Thanks again!
