Warning Node/Strand effects

What does this mean?  I've looked at the model or group models and yes they something in the strands or nodes, but then again every sequence has them also.

It means what it says you have a model group that contains strand or node effects.  That's a situation that should not be possible but I believe some old renaming bug allowed it to happen so we detect it and give you options to handle it.
