Holidaycoro lights gamma correction
« on: October 24, 2018, 06:54:51 AM »
I made two different orders from holidaycoro for some lights and when I set them up in LOR they show as different shades of orange. I contacted holidaycoro and they said xlights gamma correction will allow me to fix this but I am not sure exactly how to do this. I am new to xlights so I watched a few videos and have my setup brought into xlights now but not sure how to correct the gamma just for the orange color I have selected.

You wouldn't be correcting just one color.  If you define a dimming curve it affects all colors.  In the Layout tab select the model and click the "..." beside the Dimming Curves parameter and it will bring up a dialog where you can choose different curve settings.  Some folks just set gamma to 2.0 so maybe start there.

If you are saying two different orders of lights don't have the same color its going to be hard to match them and you'll be having to make sure every model only consists of pixels from the same order.
