Never heard of them.  Basic rule is if it takes serial DMX or E1.31 data it will work.

I'd be surprised if there is any interest in writing the code to interface to the DLL needed to run that card.  Can you run the card on Linux?  Because if not that means it could never be used with the FPP and that would be a big discouragement for anyone to provide support.
