keybindings appear corrupt

Got this message.

I went from 2018_48 to 2019_3. what does not look correct is shockwave on single strands.
At least that is what is see right now.

Shut xlights. Delete keybindings. Restart xlights.  If it happens again then we want to know.

Yes, it did it again. The odd thing is I can go to the actual effect and sometimes not always just by touching the effect it performs correctly

One other thing.
If I open the sequence and do NOT save it in 2019_3 it performs correctly. Once I save it then it corrupts it.

The logs I need are logs produced after it is working fine in .3 and then it fails. Seeing failures prior to .3 are not useful.

well if I wasn't as dumb as box of rocks I guess I coulda figured that out.

Here are two   .zip fles

same xml file made in 2018.48 and simply played in 2019.3 and the same file saved and played in 2019.3
