I will start that I am a newbie and this is my first year using xlights. I have a holiday coro mega tree I am currently working one.
The idea I have in my head is to in an alternating fashion "Splash" the tree with color. If it were real, I would imagine having a person standing on either side of the tree throwing a bucket of pain t on the tree from their side. First red from the right then green from the left. Once the paint hits the tree it flows over the tree turning it that color.
I have been playing with the liquid effect and it is OK but is looks more like someone is spraying the tree with a shower nozzle then the more blob like effect you would have of paint being thrown on a wall. And that is what I would love to have happen.
I don't have more specifics just the vision in my head. I would appreciate anyone's input if they have any ideas on how to generate it. Thanks in advance.
