If you are running 32 bit xLights then moving to 64 bit will probably fix this. Alternatively look to reduce memory usage by shortening sequences and/or reducing channels.

You need to move to a 64bit machine if your are going to continue to try sequencing large channel count sequences with lots of frames like that. Switching to 50ms sequences would "help", but you really need to move to 64bit.
Honestly, if it was up to me, we'd have completely dropped 32bit support a while ago.
