xschedule not retaining audio file?
« on: November 05, 2020, 12:35:55 AM »
When I set up my schedule with all the sequences I want to run everything works as it should.   But I can come back to the next day and now half my sequences won't play the audio until I load each sequence up in xlights and navigate to where I associate the audio with the sequence and click save.  Even tho the correct file path is already there.   I'm sure I'm doing  something wrong but I'm stuck.

Ok that gives me a clue.   But here's my confusion.  My entire show is at another location on another computer.  I do a lot of sequencing from my home desktop and use dropbox to keep them both updated.  My desktop i have everything in a ssd drive.  d: drive.  The laptop, or show computer, is in c:  so I think maybe that's my problem?
What i don't understand is how all my updates transfer perfectly but sometimes the audio files work fine in the xscheduler even tho they're in a different file path than what the software is pointed to.  And sometimes they don't.  For instance, in the attached file I sent from the check schedule tool on the laptop it shows "The Imperial March" sequence in the D: drive (desktop) which does not exist on the the laptop.  But it plays perfectly.  Some others in similar situations do not.  I'm confused....lol
