Number of sequences???
« on: January 17, 2022, 01:42:20 PM »
Hello!

Tesla Light Show allows a maximum of 681 sequences.  Is there a way to see the number of sequences in an FSEQ file?

Thank you in advance,
Rasheed

I don't think the FSEQ format supports more than one sequence.

Pretty sure he means commands .. see references to tesla and commands in the fseq file. Apparently even commands (effects?) are not 1:1 with effects. Like an on effect is 2 commands. on then off.
I have not heard of anything that would break it down - since we never had to worry about that with controllers and such. I think you are looking for something like ~ 1min sequence with simple effects.

The tesla github repo has a python script of some sort that will take an fseq file and analyze it.   It does check the number of commands it produces.
