So when i imported a SUP file for my mega tree, several of the effects were shortened and the text instead of being centered is off to the left.
-
Were the shortened effects all Picture effects? If so, just drag the last picture in the series out a little further.
The text issue is likely a font difference between what was used in Superstar as the system font and what your computer uses as the default font.

No the effects that were off were morphs, is there any way to correct the text?

So you gave us no clue as to what size tree the SUP file was written for and what size tree you have in your layout. Plus did the sequence have any type of globe or star?
Did you at least try typing in the sizes in the X and Y boxes? I normally can figure them out from the file but sometimes they need to be entered manually. Not the size of the model in xLights because I already know that you need to enter the size of the model in the SUP file.

The tree is 16x50, the star is dumb nodes so i just sent that right to my SE file. When i made my model, i put in the 16x60 dimensions.
-
So the sequence is 16x50 in SuperStar and you're model in xLights is 16x50? Is this your sequence or a purchased sequence?

No, my sequence, it is just a 30 second sequence for a loop that i am creating for my tree.

You could post the sequence to see if we can we duplicate.
To add, if it's your sequence, why not just write it in xlights?
