Ok Gang, a little Registration Update...
As you all know, we have used the ticket site "Whindo" in the past. Well this year they closed up shop, with no explanation why???
So that forced us to find another ticket site in short order and we decided to try Ticketbud. We are still in the process of learning about this site and it's features, so please bear with us as there's bound to be some hiccups along the way.

With that said...Registration is now Open - luo2019.ticketbud.com/2019
If anyone has any issues, be sure to let us know so that we can address them!

Light Up Ohio 2018 is just 3 weeks away!!!

If you haven't registered yet, don't wait to much longer... seats are filling up fast!!

April 29th is the last day for our (optional) Registration + T-Shirt, if you would like one.

Agenda Update:
We know how fun the white elephant gift exchange is, but due to time constraints, we will not be doing it this year.

This will be an open type discussion addressing all facets of Holiday decorating and lighting.  Robert Vanorsdale and Clyde Lindsey, from Pixel Pro Displays, will be your moderators.  They will talk about the Tricks of the Trade, Xlights Tips, Prop selection/placement, and will open up the discussion to answer all of your questions about your own display.  Don't miss this once in a lifetime opportunity to get all of your questions answered, and to share with other Lighting Enthusiasts, in a one-on-one relaxed atmosphere!!

This symposium will start at 12:00 noon and go until 4:00 PM, May 11, 2018 @ the Worthington Northwest Library - There will be a couple breaks so everyone can stretch their legs and we also recommend that you bring some snacks & something to drink.

Seating for this symposium is "Limited", so if you plan on attending, don't wait to long, to reserve your seat!!

We are having the Meet & Greet Friday Evening 6pm @ Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill. If you planning on coming, we ask that you register, so that we can give the restaurant a more accurate count of how many people are coming. Remember, this is a Friday evening and they are quite busy at dinner time!!

A quick reminder...

 If you're planning to attend LUO this year and would like to get our collectible T-Shirt, you have 2 weeks left to do so! Last day for the T-Shirt option is May 19th. Regular registration will still be available after the 19th, but don't wait to long to register...seats are filling up quickly!!

The Agenda for Light-Up-Ohio 2016 is now posted at the registration site www.light-up-ohio.whindo.com
 
We would also like to remind everyone (if you haven’t registered yet) that if you would like the optional T-Shirt with your registration, you have 2 weeks left to do that. The last day for “Registration + T-Shirt” is May 7th, 2016 @ 12 midnight.
 
Regular registration will go on right up to the event date.
 
We are having the White Elephant Gift Exchange. If you have been in one, you know it’s a lot of fun!! If you would like to participate, bring a “wrapped” gift with you. It can be an item from your collection or something bought. If choosing the latter, you can spend as much as you like, but the general rule-of-thumb, is up to $20
 
Still undecided about attending?? Don’t wait to long, seats are filling up rather quickly!!

Well folks, Light-Up-Ohio 2016 is exactly one month away from today!

We have a two-day event lined up this year, starting with the intense Nutcracker session on Friday May 13th and the main event on Saturday the 14th. The Agenda for the main event is getting close to being finished and we'll have it posted as soon as it's done!!

Have you made your plans to attend? Have you registered yet? If not, don't wait too long or you will miss out...and we don't want that!

Light Up Ohio is proud to Welcome Rob Mudryk to our 2016 event.  Rob will be talking about implementing Laser/Graphic Effects into your display.  He has been doing Laser Shows since the 1990's, including Roger Waters' Dark Side of the Moon Tour.  He also works on the Crew that does the Cleveland Indians Fireworks.  Rob is a Licensed Flame & Pyrotechnician  in Ohio.  He was recently in Vegas fixing the Lasers for the show "Rock Vault" at the Tropicana.  Rob has heard of Light Up Ohio's excellent reputation of always having talented attendees, along with his electrician, hoping some of us could help him with the logistics of controlling over 1 mile of Store Front Lights. 
Please join us at Light Up Ohio 2016, to meet Rob and his electrician, along with many other Lighting Enthusiasts.  REGISTRATION IS OPEN NOW!!  May 13-14.  Visit Facebook:  Light Up Ohio, or LUO Cafe.

We are planning an intense Nutcracker Session on Friday afternoon May 13th, that’s the Friday before Light Up Ohio, which is on the 14th. If you are interested in attending, do let us know as we are in the process of locating a facility and knowing roughly how many people to expect will be a big help!
