Perfect.  Now I remember.  It works, but for some reason the colors are all messed up.  The greens are correct for the most part, but all the blues come across as red/orange/yellows, and all the red/orange/yellows come through as blue shades.  Have to mess with things to figure out the right color.

Hi there.  I tried to find an answer to this but could not. I bought an animated sequence from Holiday Coro, and the instructions only told how to import into Vixen and LOR.  I did this same thing four years ago with Thriller, and I can't for the life of me recall how to get this portion into Xlights.  Can someone tell me how I start the setup for this sequence?  Thanks.

Bugs in xLights/Nutcracker / T Not working to input timing marks
« on: November 27, 2018, 04:43:17 PM »
Hey guys.  I've not programmed since Halloween and it seems the T command is still not working to input timing marks.  I can't find the original thread we started, but I recall needing to delete a certain file, which we did before, but I'm not finding any such file in any of the versions of XLights we have.  I'm hoping you can help us fix this for I cannot program any new numbers without this feature.  Thanks.

Bugs in xLights/Nutcracker / T Not working to input timing marks

Hey there.  So I've never had this happen in the three years I've used XLights, but for some reason the T is not inputting timing marks, thus I can complete new songs for our show.  I'm using an older version for the 2018 version I updated too had some major crash bugs, and I didn't have time to figure these out right now, so I'm just using the 2016.47 version, but I did test this in ALL versions, and the same thing is occurring.  Is there a corrupt file of some sort we need to fix?  Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately I'm not sure if I can.  I needed to finish this sequence due to time constraints so I opened it in the 2016 version and completed it without any issues.

Bugs in xLights/Nutcracker / Crash upon inserting VIDEO element
« on: September 28, 2018, 05:09:48 PM »
We upgraded this year to the latest version, and now when I'm programming a sequence if I try to insert a VIDEO element is crashes.  Sometimes I get two or three steps past the insertion, but it always crashes at this point.  Never had this problem in prior version.  Can't complete any sequences for our show.

Do You Need Help? Post it here / Re: Need help upgrading

Thanks so much to both of you.  So Keith, what version of upgrade should I use to take advantage of the new effects and hopefully not have too many issues with such a long period of no upgrades.  I see there are several but didn't think picking the most recent was most effective.

Hey there.  We've been using X for over three years, but I've been very bad about updating to the newer releases.  I'm currently on BETA Ver 2016.47 from August of last year on a MAC OSX.  My question is how exactly do I upgrade properly to get my system current?  I have a feeling just using the most recent will skip some important things.  As well, will this cause problems with my currently saved sequences?  Finally, are their new effects since my release, for this is what I'm looking for most with regards to upgrading.  Thanks in advance.
