T Not working to input timing marks

Hey there.  So I've never had this happen in the three years I've used XLights, but for some reason the T is not inputting timing marks, thus I can complete new songs for our show.  I'm using an older version for the 2018 version I updated too had some major crash bugs, and I didn't have time to figure these out right now, so I'm just using the 2016.47 version, but I did test this in ALL versions, and the same thing is occurring.  Is there a corrupt file of some sort we need to fix?  Thanks in advance.

Exit xlights. Delete keybindings file in show folder. Restart xlights.

Yeah I wish I knew how to fix this I keep having to delete the keybindings file quite a bit.  I do work in a lot of show directories so I haven't kept track of whether its always an older folder causing it or what but its gotten annoying.
