Well after some detective work i figured out the issue, some of my music files had been removed from my folder tha access the sequence files from. Once I moved the music files back into the specific folder, all is well..

Hi
I updated to the latest version, whats throwing me off is the popup window, when I go to open a sequence, that says, "Media file must be selected or change to animation!"
I have never seen this before when I simply want to open a sequence to change it or whatever..
I know this is not a bug, but I wasn't sure where else to ask for assistance on what to do here with this popup box..

Im having a bit of trouble, when I go to the sequencer and open a sequence that I have been working on, I cannot play it (the play, stop, fast forward buttons are all greyed out). I never had this issue with an older version of xlights. Any advice on what I am doing wrong?

Hi
I would like my lights to be always on before the musical light show begins. Can I make a "sequence", so to speak, of just the lights on and maybe doing some random effects without music? If so, then I could add a schedule with the "always on" effects then have the scheduler switch over to the musical portion..
How can I do this?

Thanks very much, and I just realized I was looking at the saved show tab, but I need to go back to the scheduler tab and set up the dates.

Hmmm, ok I was under the scheduler tab  only saw where you add the sequences, then set delay, then play. I didnt see anywhere to set up a date and time to start/stop...I will look again when I get home later..

Does the scheduler in xlights allow you set up a time to run the show each day or do you have to be present to click on "play list".  My guess is that it does not allow setting up a time to run as I only see where you put in the play list, enter a delay and then play the list. But maybe Im just not looking in the right spot?

Hi
I am trying to add a model of a circle to my existing layout, but not having any luck. I click on models, then new, then name it circle 1, select to display as "circle", set the start channel, then hit "ok", then "save" . But it will not show up in my layout screen (to move around and set it in position ). I do not know what "center %" means so I leave it at 1, and also I dont know what "circle sizes (outer to inner)" is asking specifically ( is it wanting to know the circle diameter, in inches? )...so I leave it blank. I have the latest version of xlights. Any ideas on why the circle will not show up in my layout screen?
