Enhancement Requests / Grouping Sub-Models

I have multiple props that have sub-models and it would really be useful if I could put the sub-models in a group somehow.  The sub-model feature is wonderful if you only have one prop but I find that I still need to make duplicate models because I want to do effects that apply to just the sub-models across multiple props.  For example, I have 4 of the HolidayCoro RGB tombstones and I have sub-models of the "RIP" and outline of the tombstones.  I would like to drop effects on just the RIP or Outline across all 4 tombstones without having to drill down and drop the effect on each sub-model separately.

I love the sub models!  Is there any thought about allowing sub models to be put in groups?  I have 4 HolidayCoro "RIP" tombstones and I'd like to be able to group the "RIP" text sub model on each tombstone together.
