I had to change my ether net settings and subnet mask. I am testing by just plugging the board straight into computer, no switch or anything yet.

I got it working, i had to make some network changes in my settings. but now I can only get output to output #1 so its time to tinker with that and see what i am doing wrong.

I am a total newbie and trying to break into RGB lights. I have a holidaycoro alphpix 4 controller and a few strips of lights i bought for testing and to teach myself. I have the latest version of xlights running on my mac. my first problem is I can't even ping the board?! the board is set up for 168.192.0.50 the default. nothing ever happens. any suggestions?

trying to test lights and no matter what I do, I can only control output #1. I am in unicast mode with each output (1-4) configured as a different universe. I am running latest version of xlights on a MAC and updated to latest software on the controller. any ideas?

newby question again. I am using a mac. On my house preview, some of the effects will show sometimes and sometimes they won't on black. it will only show on half of a model on one. is this because there are to many pixels shrunken down to fit the picture of my house?

I watched the tutorial and I am having a problem with putting timing track in. when I click on the new button, I only get three choices. 50ms, 100ms and empty. On the tutorial there was a bunch of choices. the one I am looking for is notes on beat or named something like that. do I need a pluggin or something?

Brand new to Xlights, converting from LOR.
