This is my first year using xLights and to say the least, I am very disappointed! I have had nothing but issues and I have tried talking to some people and they have suggested things but still have a show that is very disappointing. I need some assistance please!
I came from LOR and am trying to use 13 LOR boxes in my show. 6 of them are AC controllers (16PC-G3), 1 is a RGB controller (CMB24D), 5 are CCB controllers and 1 is a Pixie 2 controller. I have the 5 CCB controllers connected via a USB Serial port (Serial 1) and they are working just fine. My Pixie 2 controller is connected to an Advatek board (DMX) ports and it is working great! However, my 6 AC controllers and my RGB controllers do not work well. I have tried to connect through Advatek DMX ports - did not work. Connected with USB Serial Port and they light up sometimes but the channels do not map correctly. I have made sure all channel setup is correct and still not working.
I have made so many changes to my setup that now my other Pixel Props which are controlled by Advatek boards are acting up. For example, my singing bulbs only have one half of the mouth lite up and when singing, the other half may light up but it looks bad. I am at a loss.
When I open a sequence in the sequencer and run the sequence through the sequencer, most LOR models light up correctly, the bulbs display correctly, there seems to be minor issues. When I run Check Sequence, I have a few warnings but no issues. Everything looks great.
Then when I use xSchedule, that when things begin to change. AC and RGB controllers do not work, bulbs look bad. When running Check schedule, I get an error on all my sequences saying the FSEQ item with 88320 channels when it should be 88808 channels. I have checked everything. This did not begin happening until I added blank models for my LOR AC controllers where there is nothing plugged in.
I have attached my network, setup, schedule, and my Let It Go sequence.
Can someone please try to help me?
Thank you very much!
Greg
