I get it but it only a month old from china or where ever.
It not that easy. Where I live you can?t just grab one off a shelf and your local electronics store

One of my power supplies is smoking. Smells like that burnt wiring smell. Light were still working fine. It has two fans which have been making nosies since new. Haven?t taken it apart as of yet( been working). Any ideas and or what to look for? Thanks

I added 7.5 amp fuses and turned the Dim down to 70% through xlights scheduler.
Worried the nodes might burn up.

how do you change the brightness on xlights scheduler? I see the volume and can change that but I can't change the Brightness that is right beside it.

The Water Cooler / 5 amp fuses keep blowing on my Dig-Quad
« on: November 21, 2021, 09:47:07 PM »
Hello
I am using dig-uno's and Dig-Quads as controller on my LED light displays. I know I know...I'm just starting out and have not gotten into ethernet falcon boards yet.
 So on that note....
I have a Matrix that has 2320 12v nodes with 8 power injections. I am running a 75amp 900 watt power supply. over kill but that's ok.
The problem is after playing a few sequences the matrix shut down. I checked the fuses and 4 out of 5  5amp fuses were blown. I'm not sure but I heard the Quads can handle 10amp fuses is this correct and will this rectify my problem?

Latest xLights/Nutcracker software / Deleting older sequences
« on: November 21, 2021, 09:36:44 AM »
Hello all
I am new at xlights and I have a question.
When I make a sequence and later on I change it up A bit. I always "save as" then rename it the same but with a number behind it so I know this is my most updated sequence. I know I probably shouldn't do it like that but I do.
My question to you guy and girls is Now that I have numerous sequences of many different sequences. Can I delete the previous one's without loosing parts or all of my finished sequences?

Xlights Test / Test works perfectly but sequence no at all
« on: December 08, 2020, 10:13:58 PM »
I have lights SW 28 on my eaves and my windows of my house and when I set them up with X lights and test them they work perfect red blue green but when I send them through the sequence they?re not the right colours half the stuff doesn?t work the universities are correct and the layout is fine perfect but for some reason they don?t work I?ve tried everything and I?m using the Dig UNO?s  and dig quads with ESP 32s. So my question is if anybody is using a dig quad if that is having issues with everything else to make it run incorrectly
