Difficulty installing 64bit vamp plugins

I am having the same issues on a 64bit machine.  I followed the instructions above (a few times) and can not get it to work.  Here is my "set" output that I think you are looking for.  I can paste the whole thing but it seemed like a waste of space.
ProgramData=C:\ProgramData
ProgramFiles=C:\Program Files
ProgramFiles(x86)=C:\Program Files (x86)
ProgramW6432=C:\Program Files
USERPROFILE=C:\Users\cjloc_000
VAMP_PATH=C:\Program Files (x86)\Vamp Plugins

You have the 32 bit VAMP_PATH.  Remove the "(x86)".

After spending a half hour figuring out how to find the place to edit....IT WORKS!!
