« on: February 06, 2014, 09:46:08 AM »

And I know most of the channels have been deleted in LOR or do not have a device type selected. and my channel configuration is correct in Nutcracker to match my LOR channels

In LOR, if you run the Verifier subroutine (from the Control Panel) it will usually pinpoint the conflicts so that you can fix it at the source.

Until you do, you will get those errors from the conversion. Or, do like I do and ignore them since it doesn't seem to affect things. ;)

Ran the Verifier and it shows no channel conflicts

Well, I don't know. That always pinpointed my conflicts.

Are you all LOR protocol or all DMX or combo?

Make sure you are using the latest and greatest xLights.... There have been a BUNCH of changes to the LOR import code lately to try and get things working properly.

Beyond that, feel free to send me the sequence (dan at kulp dot com) and I'll happily take a look.   A quick description of you network setups in LOR would be helpful, but not required.

Actually, the "not having a device type" thing might be part of it.   We'll still map those channels.    Mostly because LMS files generated from some of the other tools don't include device types on anything, but it's also due to the device types not needing to match at all with what's on the xLights side.

Deleted channels is different.  I wouldn't have expected them to be in the lms file at all.

Dan I will zip the LMS file and send it to you. I down load every update to Nutcracker as it comes out it is almost like an addiction can not wait for the next one
